Char kway teow with Shana

Today’s lunch is char kway teow- One of the many highly recommended food in Singapore.
Don’t know what it is?
Flat rice noodles stir-fried with lard, garlic, dark soy sauce, bean sprouts, kale leaves, fishcake, fresh cockles, prawns, eggs and lup cheong (Chinese sausage)
House is quite dark since construction is going on outside and the windows are closed… Needed to use flash for the photos which doesn’t leave a nice feel to it. The lighting looks fake ><
Somehow this is turning into a food I have for lunch series ^^;
