Rainmeter
For the maid thingy on the bottom left… http://www.rainmeter.net/
Go download it ^^ Installation should not be a problem.
After that, go download this: http://www.mediafire.com/?nxcum0y5mvz
Then go to the program files > Rainmeter > Skins
Put all the files from the mediafire link into the skins folder.
Open up rainmeter, right click it and go configs, a list of skins should appear like this.
The maid skin would be おてつだい。 I made non of them and credits go to the ones who made them.
There you go setsuu ^^;
Nice desktop you’ve got there.
Maybe you should resize your pics? They’re kind of flooding your blog, aren’t they?

@Carillus: Thanks! I used to think that big pictures would let the viewer see better but I forgot that the front page would be flooded ^^;
