Anime Figure Otaku

Ronery birthday

Filed under: Otaku

Delicious caek.

So what’s up on 24th October today? A day when 18 years ago this little otaku was born XD

As you can see, this otaku isn’t very sociable and doesn’t make much friends outside except from his class in school. Apart from that, he probably doesn’t know much people from outside.

Since I was born near halloween I thought I’ll get some pictures closely related ^^;

Was at home all alone today, so took the half eaten cake out and started taking pictures with a ronery otaku feel ^^;

Haven’t got to watch Shakugan no Shana S yet… This picture seems too dark @.@ Maybe I should ask for a DLSR as a present?

As you can obviously tell, this otaku spends his days thinking about 2D life and playing games while he is free, draws from time to time, attend conventions and so on. Though he does go out with his friends once in awhile, like every 4months or so…

The house’s light is reflected in the screen >,<

Time for some serious talk ;O

I was a little afraid of turning 18 few days before this. As I look back at myself 3 years ago, I didn’t have much to care about. I didn’t have to worry about my future and the other hardships of life, and just enjoyed playing, being an otaku and competing with friends in school.

Look at me now, I have been thinking about stuff like what do I want in the future, where will I be working, and bla bla… This is all part of growing up and everyone will encounter this. The answer will appear as time goes on but the process of thinking, planning and exploring is quite troublesome to endure.

One of my favourite picture I’ve had for a long time ^^

A friend of my recently told me in msn: You seem so happy all the time, I thought you were very stressed up with school and stuff?

Well, let’s put this in simple math equations - You = You

Everything that happens to you, gives you a different emotional reaction. If your girlfriend/boyfriend hugs you, you feel happy. If you get slapped by them instead, you get angry or sad. Many things happen all around us and makes us react to them.

Basically, you are the one controlling yourself. If you want to feel sad, you will. If you want to do something, you will. If you don’t, then you don’t.

Something I’ve learnt throughout 18 years on this planet is to control yourself so i won’t let anything take control of me instead. If something bad happens, you are the one who will decide what you will do. If you want to be happy despite something bad happen, you will. If you want to smile and forget about something that made you cry, you will.

Got this hadaka apron Konomi as a gift that came along with the October issue of Dengeki G’s magazine ^^ Perfect for celebrating XD

As long as you keep thinking of stuff that makes you happy, any problem that comes your way can be solved easily. People who know me will know that I keep watching comedy and always laugh wherever I go ^^:

Comedy animes are great, some blooper videos on youtube are also good for when you feel stressed.

I shouldn’t be talking about such stuff today ^^;

Q: What do you do when you are stressed/angry?

A: Go laugh at some comedy, do something I like such as playing games, eroge…

Q: What if you are really pissed off?

A: Sleep

Not sure why I feel like sharing this today, probably cause the new school semester started and a big group of wtf problems just assualted me. Not that they are really big though.

In short, live everyday of your life doing what you want and enjoy it.

Alright enough serious talk for now… Enjoy my hadaka apron gift.

Mum saw this few days ago and went: People buy male figures but you buy female ones, I scared you’ll turn into a pervert.

Me: Don’t need to be afraid, I won’t. I already am……

It’s quite hard for parents to accept otaku culture ^^; Though if I have a child of my own in future, I’ll probably share and support him/her with my otaku powers \^0^/

Don’t take life to seriously, unless you have something big and important to do. As any touhou fan will know, take it easy!

Yes I display will display this hadaka apron figure in the living room of my house.

  1. You have friends outside…but maybe far far away and not in your town, but you will always have DC friends on the net…why not have a gathering with them?? Most of them will be happy to spend time away from computers and have a bit of a social life ^_^
